How to Upload

Open the sample
Navigate to Samples and select the sample you want to add files to.

Go to Files
Click the Files tab in the sample detail view.

Select category
Choose the appropriate category: Worksheets, Images, Comments, or Purchase Orders.

Upload file
Click Upload and select your file. Add a description if needed.
File Versioning
When you upload a new version of an existing file, the system tracks versions automatically.| Flag | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Latest | This is the current version |
| Previous | An older version, kept for reference |
Only the Latest version is shown by default. Toggle “Show all versions” to see the full history.
Uploading a New Version
- Go to the file you want to update
- Click Upload New Version
- Select the updated file
- The new file becomes the Latest version
